We are happy to arrange appointments and transportation, provide escorts, and assist with locating appropriate housing for our residents.  Our office staff is understanding and accommodating of resident needs, and responds to resident requests daily.

Much of our efforts are focused in this area, conducting courtesy calls to allow residents to update us on concerns or just provide a listening ear to fill the hollow of loneliness.

Our field visits are a key component to our resident services activities, allowing us to do periodic caregiver checks and environmental observations, as well as address more personal needs such as grocery shopping and medication deliveries.
